Before you choose
How do I pay?
Open Buy or renew, choose a plan and send the amount to one of the EasyPaisa, SadaPay or bank accounts shown there. Then attach the payment screenshot on the same page. We check it and switch your account on, usually the same day.
How do I see when my plan ends?
Open Subscription status and write your campus code and the email registered with VU Prime. You will see your plan, the date it ends and any payment that is still being checked.
Can I use VU Prime on more than one computer?
Yes, up to your account's device limit (2 by default). If you need more, mention it when you get in touch.
How do I cancel?
Email us and we'll deactivate your subscription. Uninstalling the extension at any time also stops it running.
