Getting startedA few minutes
How VU Prime works
No separate account to create, no password to remember. Access is tied to the Google account you already sign in with, and checked automatically every time you use it.
-
1
Install the extension
Add VU Prime from the Chrome Web Store — a few seconds, no setup required. It stays quiet until you're signed in and your access is confirmed.
-
2
Sign in with Google
Click the extension icon and continue with the same Google account you use for VU-related work. VU Prime only asks for your name, email, and profile — never your VU portal password, and nothing about your Google account beyond that.
-

Access is verified
VU Prime checks that your account is an active, authorised subscriber before unlocking anything. This check repeats automatically in the background, so if your subscription is renewed, your device changes, or your campus assignment is updated, it takes effect within a couple of minutes — no reinstalling, no manual refresh.

Use VU Prime features
Open your VU portal exactly like you always do. VU Prime shows up right there on the page and works inside your own already-logged-in session — challan marking, admission autofill, the VU Pro student suite, and WhatsApp sending are each available from the extension popup or directly on the relevant portal page.
A few things worth knowing
You're never signed up for something new
There's no separate "VU Prime account" — it's the same Google identity you already use, so there's nothing extra to register or remember.
Nothing final happens without you
Admission forms are filled for review, not auto-submitted. CAPTCHAs and final submission are always a manual step.
Access can change quickly, either way
Because access is checked automatically and often, activation is usually fast — and so is deactivation if a subscription lapses.
Ready when you are
Install it, then message us to get activated. Most campuses are automating challans and admissions the same day.
